About the role

  • Learn day-to-day propane plant operations, including inventory control, distribution, routing, and maintenance
  • Shadow Operations Managers to understand how to lead teams, drive performance, and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Assist in coordinating deliveries, dispatch schedules, and customer service operations
  • Support compliance with all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies
  • Participate in data analysis and reporting to identify operational efficiencies
  • Contribute to facility audits, inspections, and improvement projects
  • Gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
  • Train in managing field personnel, including hiring, onboarding, and scheduling
  • Gradually take on supervisory responsibilities as confidence and experience grow

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Willingness to travel to different sites and relocate for advancement opportunities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics or ERP systems is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required
