About the role
- Lead VMS technology solutioning, configuration and deployments of vendor management systems
- Engage with client stakeholders & operations to understand related business needs
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Design Scalable VMS architectures that integrate with ERP, HRIS and Financial Systems
- Configure seamless integrations of the VMS with existing enterprise systems
- Support training, documentation, and best practices for system users
- Monitor emerging VMS technologies & automation trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Advanced configuration knowledge of FG, Beeline & VNDLY VMS (Fieldglass advanced certification/system integrator certification preferred)
- Prefer a minimum of 6 years previous experience in contingent workforce management supporting VMS, as well as experience with Beeline, FG & VNDLY VMS
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to develop creative solutions to challenging problems
