About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with the FSA Product Owner, government stakeholders, and development team to understand business needs
- Translate business needs into clear requirements
- Plan work, provide feedback on requirements, and help prioritize the product backlog
- Conduct discovery and user research using Human-Centered Design practices
- Help define sprint scope
- Support Agile Project Management, lean thinking, flexibility, and continuous improvement
- Define and refine user stories and tasks
- Ensure work meets the FSA Definition of Done
- Assist in packaging completed stories into releasable features
- Support change request processes
- Manage and document IAM change requests
- Coordinate proofs of concept and project activities aligned with FSA priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe preferred)
- Skilled in writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization
- Good understanding of Human-Centered Design and user research techniques
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or similar
- Ability to manage change requests and support project documentation
- Team player who thrives in an iterative development setting
