About the role
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
- Build reports, dashboards, and views
- Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate Dynamics capabilities to our clients
- Design, configure, test and deploy changes to database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and enhance high-quality code for full-lifecycle applications, incorporating updates based on user requests.
- Manage D365 security protocols.
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members, serving as a mentor to help the team grow.
- Collaborate on a range of activities including development, testing, and automation to achieve team goals.
- Aid in the requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.
- Strong experience with troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes.
- Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage.
- Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of Power Platform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs.
- Contribute to improving the processes and policies within program.
- Peer review code written by other ETL Developers
- Ensure solutions are appropriately configured, available, and accessible for users
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or technical discipline
- 5 years relevant experience.
- Proficient working with D365, PowerApps, and Power BI
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Expert communication and client management skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, able to adapt to different customer groups and expectations
- Experience working in and with cross-functional teams
- Outcome-oriented approach focused on delivering value to end users backed by measurable, data-driven results
- U.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
