About the role
- Design brand-led visual assets across a wide range of channels, including:
- Web and digital campaigns
- Product marketing and solution storytelling
- Event and conference experiences
- Social, email, and motion-adjacent assets
- Apply and evolve the brand visual system, ensuring consistency while pushing creative excellence.
- Translate abstract or technical ideas (identity, security, access, trust) into clear, engaging visual narratives.
- Contribute to creative concepts from early ideation through final execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while advocating for strong design decisions.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience in visual, brand, or graphic design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Brand systems and campaign work
- Digital-first design thinking
- High attention to typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Fluency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite; motion tools a plus)
- Experience designing for complex or technical products (security, infrastructure, platforms, or SaaS)
- Ability to balance creative exploration with brand consistency
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and evolving brand environments
