About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling,
- chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
- Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
- Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10–20 per week.
- Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
- Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.
- Upcoming Trainings: If you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start. Please apply only if you can attend one of the dates below in full. Already certified and experienced? You likely won't need this — but you're welcome to join.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active APRN license in Maryland
- Certification in injectables — or the readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
- If you're newer to injectables: availability to attend an in-person training in full (see dates below)
- Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow your own practice
- Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network
- Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
