About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with investment, product, and legal teams on tax structuring of fund launches
  • Support deal tax structuring and execution
  • Contribute to tax modeling and analysis for prospective investors
  • Oversee external tax advisors to ensure K-1 delivery and reporting
  • Support compliance oversight across fund structures
  • Work on withholding tax analysis for cash movements
  • Monitor compliance with REIT/RIC structures
  • Drive opportunities to enhance workflows using data and automation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • 10-15 years of experience in tax, preferably with public accounting background
  • CPA and/or master’s in taxation preferred
  • Strong experience with partnership and corporate taxation
  • Experience with multi-tiered partnership structures including private equity and hedge funds
  • Familiarity with structured credit and securitizations is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to translate technical tax concepts into actionable business insights
