About the role
- Provide strategic legal advice and support to business partners on vendor contract matters
- Develop, maintain, and improve contract templates, playbooks, and related tools
- Collaborate effectively with procurement and technology and cross-functional teams
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial vendor contracts
- Oversee and coordinate with external counsel when necessary
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Circa 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in commercial contract law
- Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor and commercial contracts
- Deep understanding of contract law principles, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
