Marketing

• Establish and implement the annual marketing plan collaborating with sales, marketing and management
• Communicates and works closely with other Pilz subsidiaries internationally and Headquarter Marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Responsible for the marketing budget
• Manages and develops marketing programs and materials such as advertising, literature, press releases, social media, and SEO/SEA
• Manages lead generation, measures fulfillment and ROI on lead generation, and finds new ways to increase the quality of the leads generated
• Develops and maintains effective media contacts, oversees company’s public relations and may act as spokesperson if necessary
• Leads trade show, road show, and customer event activities including development of booths and materials
• Selects and manages marketing vendors, including printers, graphic artists, advertising agencies and the like
• Organizes and conducts customer research to gain an understanding of customers and competitive dynamics
• Disseminate industry application stories through market and competitor analyses
• Assists in the creation of success stories, white papers, YouTube videos, Podcasts, Webinars, and similar
• Updates and maintains the company’s internet presence, including the websites and distributor portals
• Supervise and execute Human Resources topics such as performance management, recommended disciplinary action, merit increases, etc. for Marketing team members
• Other duties as assigned
• Travel required up to 10% both domestic and international

Marketing Manager
