About the role
- Answer Pilot's inbound phone line, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Respond to all inbound inquiries across phone, email, and web
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Pilot's services
- Engage in the consultative sales process
- Nurture a well-organized pipeline of prospects
- Forecast pipeline accurately and consistently
- Maintain rigorous data hygiene and documentation across Pilot's sales tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams
- Remain current on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Execute against all administrative tasks associated with converting a prospect to a customer
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- 1+ year in a sales development, inbound sales, full-cycle, or related sales role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail and a high level of organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong self-management skills
- A customer-first mindset
- High level of professionalism and empathy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Salesloft preferred
