About the role

  • Answer Pilot's inbound phone line, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Respond to all inbound inquiries across phone, email, and web
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Pilot's services
  • Engage in the consultative sales process
  • Nurture a well-organized pipeline of prospects
  • Forecast pipeline accurately and consistently
  • Maintain rigorous data hygiene and documentation across Pilot's sales tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams
  • Remain current on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Execute against all administrative tasks associated with converting a prospect to a customer

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • 1+ year in a sales development, inbound sales, full-cycle, or related sales role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and a high level of organization
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong self-management skills
  • A customer-first mindset
  • High level of professionalism and empathy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and Salesloft preferred
