About the role
- Leads and validates the transfer of analytical methods (adaptation and validation of R&D methods) to Development, Operations, and external partners
- Ensures quality control through the formalization of specifications, coordination of quality analyses, batch release, management of quality non-conformities (finished products and raw materials) and customer complaints
- Develops and implements quality control processes
- Acts as an analytical expert for Operations and R&D teams and serves as the primary contact for the Head of Analytical Chemistry
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree or engineering degree in analytical chemistry (equivalent to Bac +5)
- Proficiency in analytical chemistry techniques (LC/UV/MS, GC, UV spectrometry, NMR…)
- Independent in developing/validating quantitative targeted analytical methods and in non-targeted research
- Experience in analytical sciences applied to biotechnology
- Quality management skills (ICH guidelines, audits)
- Proficient with computer tools (Microsoft Office, analytical data processing software)
- Autonomous, team-oriented, rigorous and organized, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
- Adaptability, critical analytical thinking and proactive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
