AI Engineer

• Translate business problems into Pigment logic using AI agents, formulas, dimensions, metrics, and advanced modeling techniques.
• Own the implementation of Pigment new AI capabilities for key customers: understand their needs, design scalable AI agents, and deliver custom AI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Solution Architects, and Product Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of new AI capabilities
• Design and configure new AI agents tailored to address specific customer pain points & workflows.
• Develop AI prototypes that will supplement our existing AI agents to target and solve specific customer pain points
• Collect and communicate customer needs and prototypes design/ specifications with Product and Engineering teams to create new capabilities and improve the platform.
• Train and enable users, offering guidance on best practices and scalable Agentic AI deployments.
• Act as a trusted advisor, driving adoption and helping customers maximize the value they get from Pigment.
