About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with customers daily to transform their existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business challenges into sophisticated multi-dimensional models by:
Understanding and documenting business requirements
Designing and building the corresponding Pigment applications
Training and co-building with customers so they become self-sufficient in the solution
Participating in and/or leading UAT and deployment activities
Integrating source systems and migration solutions (connectors & APIs)
Acting as the bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team to ensure we deliver the best planning platform
Leading cross-functional projects to develop and refine best-in-class methodologies and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated expertise in building complex systems and explaining them clearly to stakeholders so solutions are simple to use and maintain
Comfortable working with large volumes of unstructured data, including structuring and validating that data
Fast learner with the ability to quickly master new domains; we serve diverse customer use cases and industries
Excellent at building trusted relationships, with strong empathy and dedication to customer success
Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, always-on, and ambiguous startup environment
Able to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs
Proven experience achieving multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial setting with minimal supervision
Fluent in English; fluent French or additional European languages is an advantage
MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
