About the role
- Lead Pigment’s strategic alliances with global system integrators (GSIs)
- Drive joint business plans, co-sell motions, and revenue growth through deep partner engagement
- Build executive relationships, enabling partner teams, and shaping scalable offerings that unlock new enterprise opportunities
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue performance, and delivery success across priority markets
- Enable and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align GTM activities and maximize partner impact
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in alliances, enterprise SaaS sales, consulting, and/or partner/channel management with a focus on strategic/global partners.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems, professional services, and how global system integrators engage in large-scale digital transformation.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Preferred Qualifications Experience working with global SIs such as Deloitte, Accenture, EY, PwC, BCG, or similar.
- Experience in planning, FP&A, ERP, data integration, or transformation software ecosystems.
- Previous experience in high-growth SaaS companies.
