About the role

  • Lead Pigment’s strategic alliances with global system integrators (GSIs)
  • Drive joint business plans, co-sell motions, and revenue growth through deep partner engagement
  • Build executive relationships, enabling partner teams, and shaping scalable offerings that unlock new enterprise opportunities
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue performance, and delivery success across priority markets
  • Enable and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align GTM activities and maximize partner impact

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in alliances, enterprise SaaS sales, consulting, and/or partner/channel management with a focus on strategic/global partners.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems, professional services, and how global system integrators engage in large-scale digital transformation.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications Experience working with global SIs such as Deloitte, Accenture, EY, PwC, BCG, or similar.
  • Experience in planning, FP&A, ERP, data integration, or transformation software ecosystems.
  • Previous experience in high-growth SaaS companies.
