• Own end-to-end product strategy and lead Buying, Design, and Technical teams
• Define and lead long-term product strategy aligned to growth ambitions
• Own product-level performance including revenue, margin, and sell through
• Partner with Merchandising team to drive forecasting accuracy and stock efficiency
• Lead buying strategy across all categories and manage supplier relationships
