About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise transportation processes within the company's supply chain;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners;
  • Analyze carrier costs and prepare monthly cost forecasts;
  • Conduct regular meetings with carriers/transport providers;
  • Monitor and analyze service levels (SLAs), deliveries, incidents, backlogs, and other logistics KPIs;
  • Serve as the focal point for relationships with logistics partners;
  • Perform transportation cost analyses;
  • Support planning and projection of logistics costs;
  • Ensure the performance of transportation operations;
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and future initiatives;
  • Provide support for regular and seasonal operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience in data analysis and performance metrics;
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
  • Experience with cost management, budgeting, or financial control is a plus.
