About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise transportation processes within the company's supply chain;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners;
- Analyze carrier costs and prepare monthly cost forecasts;
- Conduct regular meetings with carriers/transport providers;
- Monitor and analyze service levels (SLAs), deliveries, incidents, backlogs, and other logistics KPIs;
- Serve as the focal point for relationships with logistics partners;
- Perform transportation cost analyses;
- Support planning and projection of logistics costs;
- Ensure the performance of transportation operations;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and future initiatives;
- Provide support for regular and seasonal operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Experience in data analysis and performance metrics;
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
- Experience with cost management, budgeting, or financial control is a plus.
