About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce and distribute the Group's monthly management reporting for the commercial scope
- Collect and prepare data to support the Group's commercial performance
- Manage a team of 4 reporting analysts
- Contribute to the preparation, control and distribution of the monthly reporting, ensuring deadlines and data integrity
- Perform and supervise month-end closing tasks for the commercial scope
- Calculate provisions (pharmaceutical taxes, royalties, marketing contributions, etc.)
- Ensure consistency between reporting and consolidated IFRS financial statements
- Optimize and automate reporting production
- Lead process redesign and tool deployment projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (BAC+5) in Finance, business school (ESC) or equivalent
- 5–8 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with prior finance/audit consulting experience at a Big Four firm
- Fluent in English
- Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with IFRS standards
- Proficient with office software (strong Excel skills)
- Interest in information systems (knowledge of SAP is a plus but not required)
- Leadership, rigor, strong analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, responsiveness, team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
