About the role

  • Define and structure business requirements and translate them into functional requirements and/or specifications
  • Coordinate and lead project phases - build and run
  • Perform technical-functional maintenance and support for SAP FI / CO / PP / AA (Asset Accounting)
  • Provide user support during period-end closing and assist end users
  • Lead and participate in functional testing campaigns by providing test cases
  • Coordinate or produce documentation for IT teams and end users
  • Conduct training workshops for the relevant audiences
  • Model processes (design, documentation, dissemination, and enforcement)
  • Participate in all projects affecting the Finance Department's processes (direct or indirect)
  • Proactively propose improvements to performance and ERP optimization
  • Independently execute process flows originating from MM or SD
  • Master integration points between Finance and logistics or production modules; understand flows and system interactions that impact financial tables

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent from an engineering or business school with a specialization in finance
  • 5 to 8 years' experience in similar roles within an SAP environment
  • Good level of English
  • Desirable knowledge: period-end closing processes, financial systems, WIM, sales module (SD), master data/repositories, digitization and automation
