About the role
- Manage a list of daily game releases, checking each day to make sure we have the assets we need.
- Manage a backlog of new banners to create until we've finished moving over our banners to the new style and adding new games.
- Source and prepare assets (foregrounds, backgrounds, characters, objects) from provider packs.
- Adapt assets into our banner templates and style in Figma.
- Apply consistent typography: emphasize main game titles, de-emphasize subtitles and filler words.
- Use gradients, shadows, and composition to ensure readability and strong visual hierarchy.
- Ensure banners are optimized for clarity and file size (under 75kb, compressed PNG).
- Maintain consistency across banners while keeping each game visually distinct.
- Deliver organized exports with correct file naming conventions.
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer or related field.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating years of experience creating fun, optimized artwork
- Expertise in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Proficiency in Figma is ideal to work well with other mockups and prototypes
- Strong sense of typography, color, and composition.
- Great communication and organization.
- Detail-oriented — from naming files correctly to aligning text within boundaries
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work hybrid from our Miami, FL office.
