About the role
- Support Account Managers & Client Accounts
- Assist Account Managers with day-to-day client coordination, follow-ups, and task management across multiple accounts.
- Turn meeting discussions, emails, and internal direction into clear next steps and organized project plans.
- Help ensure timelines, deliverables, and expectations stay aligned between clients and internal teams.
- Manage defined projects or workstreams independently when appropriate, from kickoff through completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, SEO, paid media, content) to keep work moving forward smoothly.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies using tools like Asana and Harvest.
- Draft client-ready emails, updates, and campaign communications in HubSpot based on guidance from Account Managers or strategists.
- Prepare creative briefs, outlines, or first drafts for ads, landing pages, emails, or content initiatives based on an overarching campaign goal.
- Support campaign execution through QA, asset coordination, and preparation, ensuring work is polished before it reaches clients.
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and document action items for client and internal meetings.
- Maintain organized documentation around scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Help maintain templates, checklists, and repeatable processes for common client work.
- Flag risks, missing inputs, or potential delays early so the team can adjust.
- Contribute ideas for improving workflows as PIC continues to grow and refine how we operate.
Requirements
- Some experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, client services, or a related role (agency experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, paid media, email marketing, content, and websites.
- Experience working with a variety of marketing tools and openness to learn more (Familiarity with HubSpot/CRMs, Wordpress /Shopify, GA4, and Asana are a plus).
- Strong written communication skills and comfort drafting professional, client-facing materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort working in project management and marketing tools, or willingness to learn quickly.
- A proactive mindset and strong follow-through.
