About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build multi-year account plans with clear growth levers, propositions, and activity calendars.
- Drive pipeline creation, cross-sell, and upsell across products and services.
- Act as the primary senior contact; handle escalations and complex negotiations.
- Own revenue, margin, and retention targets; forecast accurately.
- Produce MI on pipeline, conversion, product mix, pricing, and churn risk.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in commercial insurance account handling, ideally with exposure to larger or more complex clients.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products and markets.
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
