About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow Piano’s partner ecosystem across key target verticals in Northern Europe.
  • Identify, recruit, activate, and scale channel and technology partners.
  • Establish partnerships that generate qualified pipeline through joint account mapping, co-sell motions, and repeatable go-to-market collaboration.
  • Build repeatable partner motions, including segmentation, prioritization frameworks, and scalable activation models.
  • Prioritize partners aligned to Piano’s ideal customer profile, including digital consultancies, system integrators, and technology partners.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to identify, engage, and sign partners.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners through outreach, industry events, and relationship development.
  • Negotiate and close partner contracts covering account mapping, co-sell engagement, and cross-sell motions.
  • Lead account mapping exercises with signed partners to identify joint opportunities and cross-sell targets.
  • Equip partners with enablement resources, messaging, and competitive positioning.
  • Support joint go-to-market activities, including events, campaigns, and partner communications.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline through new partner acquisition and activation of existing relationships.
  • Maintain deal registration discipline and structured co-sell motions.
  • Manage partner reporting and dashboards tracking pipeline, activity, deal progression, and outcomes.
  • Provide regular forecasting on partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Partner Channel Sales, Direct Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and RevOps teams.
  • Advocate internally for the partner ecosystem and drive adoption of partner-led opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or alliance management within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience working with partners serving regulated industries preferred.
  • Existing healthcare ecosystem network advantageous but not required.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling partner relationships that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare vertical and an established network among consultancies, system integrators, technology partners, or resellers.
  • Experience with account mapping, co-sell programs, and cross-sell strategies in a software or technology environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring and closing partnership agreements.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage a high volume of partner relationships while maintaining quality and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and partner management tools, pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for industry events, partner meetings, and team gatherings.
  • Fluent in English and German; Dutch or other European languages are a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the Netherlands without company sponsorship.
