About the role
- Your focus is on actively pre-qualifying leads and providing conversion-oriented support for our sales processes in the GEO area.
- Active lead management: You handle telephone pre-qualification of leads using a structured script and conduct initial calls in a personable and goal-focused manner.
- Sales operations: You are responsible for responding to emails, carrying out LinkedIn follow-ups, and coordinating appointment scheduling for our experts.
- Data maintenance & structure: You ensure accurate recording of all contacts in the CRM and maintain a data-focused overview of our sales pipeline.
- Support for proposal preparation: You provide operational support in preparing proposals and ensure that all documents are delivered consistently to the client.
- Interface function: As part of the sales team, you work closely with management (MPH) to continuously increase the conversion rate.
Requirements
- Sales mindset: You are comfortable picking up the phone, are a strong communicator, and enjoy exciting potential clients about innovative technology topics.
- Background: Ideally you have experience in agency sales, software sales, or in a PR agency.
- Way of working: You are a smart, structured person with real drive, work independently, and keep an overview even when managing many concurrent leads.
- AI competence: You have a strong affinity for artificial intelligence, ideally already use AI tools in your daily work, and are eager to dive into the dynamics of search and answer engines.
- Willingness to learn: You don’t need to be a GEO expert—the technical knowledge will be provided; what matters is your interest in digital trends and AI.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English.
