About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support, including managing deadlines, calendaring, proofreading, and coordinating internal and external communications
- Support corporate governance, including preparing Board/committee minutes and materials, drafting resolutions and consents, coordinating meeting logistics, and maintaining the corporate record book
- Support legal operations and records management, including invoice processing, legal spend tracking, and maintaining organized legal files and repositories
- Support contract intake, review routing, execution, and storage for company and subsidiary agreements
- Support litigation and disputes, including document collection, tracking key dates, and coordinating with outside counsel (including litigation holds)
- Manage entity governance and required filings (e.g., annual reports, registered agent updates); track licenses/registrations and renewal deadlines in partnership with Compliance; and maintain accurate corporate records
Requirements
What you’ll need- Paralegal certificate, associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal or comparable legal support role; experience supporting corporate governance and contract administration strongly preferred
- Notary Public certification (Washington State) required
- Experience with corporate records/entity management and contract repository or contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools preferred
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn and use legal systems/tools (e.g., contract repository/CLM)
