Requirements
Minimum of MS/MA in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field
2+ years of experience in an operational Data Science role
Strong foundation in statistical methods (experimental design, hypothesis testing, A/B testing) and applied machine learning/GenAI
Professional proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working on large-scale datasets (GB–100s of TB) and contributing professional-level code using version control
Proven experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) and working with Machine Learning/GenAI frameworks in production
Experience deploying solutions with modern tools and frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Python Flask, GitLab, Terraform)
Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed computing
Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Engineers, and business stakeholders) to build, validate, and deploy impactful AI/ML solutions
Excellent communication and storytelling skills: able to distill complex findings into clear, compelling insights
