About the role
- Cold Calling & Outreach - Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to engage healthcare decision-makers
- Lead Qualification – Identify potential customers, identify problems we can solve, and qualify prospects based on fit and needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Product Education – Clearly communicate the value proposition of our healthcare tech solutions and address common objections
- CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts, conversations, and lead progress in Salesforce
- Collaboration – Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies
- Follow-ups & Nurturing – Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and keep them engaged throughout the sales funnel
- Market Research – Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to tailor outreach efforts effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be located within Eastern or Central time zones.
- Ability to demonstrate robust knowledge of and passion for sales
- Confident, strong and energetic phone presence to engage prospects and peak interest
- Persistence and resilience to handle objections and rejection, as well as meet goals
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales or business development (Nice to Have)
- Cold outreach experience (Nice to Have).
