About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment according to production specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform routine equipment and process checks, identify issues, apply basic troubleshooting within established procedures, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Record accurate production data and maintain logs in the appropriate systems.
  • Follow cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and quality requirements consistently.
  • Assist engineers with data collection, process monitoring, and basic qualification activities.
  • Seek guidance when issues fall outside standard procedures.
  • Provide informal support to newer technicians as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional groups to support daily operations.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and cleanroom operations.
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures and production workflows.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills within defined processes.
  • Clear communication skills in team setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and production documentation.
  • Comfort working in a cleanroom environment and following safety protocols.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production or cleanroom environment.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
