About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment according to production specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform routine equipment and process checks, identify issues, apply basic troubleshooting within established procedures, and escalate concerns as needed.
Record accurate production data and maintain logs in the appropriate systems.
Follow cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and quality requirements consistently.
Assist engineers with data collection, process monitoring, and basic qualification activities.
Seek guidance when issues fall outside standard procedures.
Provide informal support to newer technicians as needed.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional groups to support daily operations.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and cleanroom operations.
Familiarity with standard operating procedures and production workflows.
Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
Basic troubleshooting skills within defined processes.
Clear communication skills in team setting.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Basic computer skills for data entry and production documentation.
Comfort working in a cleanroom environment and following safety protocols.
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production or cleanroom environment.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
