About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active participation with the Business Development and Pre-Construction teams in preparing bids for tenders
- Regulatory monitoring of projects awarded in tenders
- Negotiation and drafting of various contractual documents related to electricity production activities (Power Purchase Agreements - PPA)
- Support for operations teams responsible for project grid connections
- Legal support to internal teams and senior management on energy law matters
- Negotiation, drafting and monitoring of the legal aspects of construction contracts (EPC, packages, subcontracting)
- Negotiation, drafting and monitoring of equipment supply contracts (modules, inverters, delivery substations, transformer stations)
- Negotiation, drafting and monitoring of the legal aspects of maintenance contracts (O&M, monitoring)
- Advising and supporting project teams in the management of disputes and sensitive issues related to construction and O&M (drafting correspondence, formal notices, etc.)
- Participation in issuing and reviewing legal and contractual bank guarantees
- Drafting and distributing thematic briefing notes on energy law in line with current developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Energy Law
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Committed, meticulous and curious
- Professional working proficiency in English required
