About the role

  • Manage the construction of photovoltaic plants from preliminary on-site works through to asset commissioning.
  • Coordinate and supervise other Construction Project Managers.
  • Planning, contract management, internal and external stakeholder management, risk analysis, financial control, and coordination of construction activities.
  • Monitor and report weekly on project progress and project controls.
  • Ensure correct application of internal processes and the quality of construction activities.
  • Ensure contractors fulfill contractual commitments through weekly reports, follow-up actions, and site visits.
  • Ensure compliance with budgets, quality control plans, and project timelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a construction role within the renewable energy sector.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Project management experience applied to the construction of photovoltaic projects.
  • KPI management.
  • Quality control.
  • IT skills: AutoCAD, Monday, MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously; proactive, organized, structured, methodical and pragmatic, with strong communication skills to engage different stakeholders.
