About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Reporting strategy and roadmap, aligning it with Phorest’s overall product and commercial goals.
  • Take accountability for adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction within the Phorest reporting suite - across desktop and mobile.
  • Define clear success metrics for every initiative while tracking and reporting on post-launch performance to measure impact.
  • Lead structured prioritisation — balancing customer needs, usability, technical feasibility and business outcomes.
  • Communicate the “why” and “impact” of every major decision to senior stakeholders and regional teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Use data and insight to understand customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how salons use Phorest’s reporting suite to grow customer satisfaction, adoption and retention.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with experience in Marketing.
  • Previous experience operating in agile development.
  • Previous experience working with reporting is a plus.
  • The ability to independently manage senior stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment and build trust through credibility.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills which create clarity for your audience.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Expertise in assessing the level of risk vs. reward when making product recommendations and decisions.
  • Proven track record of leading through influence across cross-functional squads (Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, GTM teams and Support).
