Product Manager – Reporting

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Reporting strategy and roadmap, aligning it with Phorest’s overall product and commercial goals.
- Take accountability for adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction within the Phorest reporting suite - across desktop and mobile.
- Define clear success metrics for every initiative while tracking and reporting on post-launch performance to measure impact.
- Lead structured prioritisation — balancing customer needs, usability, technical feasibility and business outcomes.
- Communicate the “why” and “impact” of every major decision to senior stakeholders and regional teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Use data and insight to understand customer needs and market opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of how salons use Phorest’s reporting suite to grow customer satisfaction, adoption and retention.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with experience in Marketing.
- Previous experience operating in agile development.
- Previous experience working with reporting is a plus.
- The ability to independently manage senior stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment and build trust through credibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills which create clarity for your audience.
- Ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Expertise in assessing the level of risk vs. reward when making product recommendations and decisions.
- Proven track record of leading through influence across cross-functional squads (Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, GTM teams and Support).
