About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsibility for the development and performance of a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Shaping the Customer Success strategy in close coordination with regional leadership
  • Accountability for commercial planning, budgeting and core Customer Success KPIs
  • Ensuring measurable customer value through post-onboarding strategies
  • Team leadership and development, including coaching and career growth
  • Ownership of the Customer Success commercial plan and ongoing development of the overall strategy
  • Building strong relationships at regional and global levels and analyzing data on churn, retention, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience leading a Customer Success or commercial function, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Strong commercial acumen: understanding of relevant KPIs and financial metrics (e.g., ARR, Net Upsell, Churn) and the ability to align decisions accordingly
  • Experience in value selling and the ability to influence stakeholders confidently
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills: you develop people and create an environment of high ownership and trust
  • High problem-solving ability, forward-thinking mindset and willingness to engage in complex customer situations
  • Very good German and good English (our company language is English)
