Team Manager, Commercial Customer Success

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsibility for the development and performance of a team of Customer Success Managers
- Shaping the Customer Success strategy in close coordination with regional leadership
- Accountability for commercial planning, budgeting and core Customer Success KPIs
- Ensuring measurable customer value through post-onboarding strategies
- Team leadership and development, including coaching and career growth
- Ownership of the Customer Success commercial plan and ongoing development of the overall strategy
- Building strong relationships at regional and global levels and analyzing data on churn, retention, etc.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading a Customer Success or commercial function, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Strong commercial acumen: understanding of relevant KPIs and financial metrics (e.g., ARR, Net Upsell, Churn) and the ability to align decisions accordingly
- Experience in value selling and the ability to influence stakeholders confidently
- Strong coaching and leadership skills: you develop people and create an environment of high ownership and trust
- High problem-solving ability, forward-thinking mindset and willingness to engage in complex customer situations
- Very good German and good English (our company language is English)
