Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience leading a Customer Success or commercial function, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Strong commercial mindset: understanding of relevant KPIs and financial metrics (e.g., ARR, Net Upsell, Churn) and the ability to align decisions to them
  • Experience in value selling and the ability to confidently influence stakeholders
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills: you develop people and create an environment of high accountability and trust
  • High problem-solving ability, forward-thinking approach and willingness to step into complex customer situations
  • Excellent German and good English skills (our company language is English).
