Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading a Customer Success or commercial function, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Strong commercial mindset: understanding of relevant KPIs and financial metrics (e.g., ARR, Net Upsell, Churn) and the ability to align decisions to them
- Experience in value selling and the ability to confidently influence stakeholders
- Strong coaching and leadership skills: you develop people and create an environment of high accountability and trust
- High problem-solving ability, forward-thinking approach and willingness to step into complex customer situations
- Excellent German and good English skills (our company language is English).
