About the role

  • Support production deployment and release management activities for a cloud-based platform leveraging Salesforce, AWS services, and API-driven integrations.
  • Coordinate and execute application and infrastructure releases.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure deployments are performed in a controlled, reliable, and compliant manner.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and infrastructure teams to manage environment promotions, deployment automation, and release governance across multiple environments.
  • Validate release readiness, including testing completion, approvals, and rollback planning.
  • Monitor deployments and troubleshoot pipeline failures, deployment errors, and environment inconsistencies.
  • Ensure all releases comply with change management, security, and governance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, release engineering, or deployment management.
  • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce deployments (metadata, environments, or pipeline tools).
  • Experience working with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and cloud-based environments.
  • Experience supporting API-based integration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of version control systems (Git).
  • Experience working within change management and release governance processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
