Support production deployment and release management activities for a cloud-based platform leveraging Salesforce, AWS services, and API-driven integrations.
Coordinate and execute application and infrastructure releases.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure deployments are performed in a controlled, reliable, and compliant manner.
Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and infrastructure teams to manage environment promotions, deployment automation, and release governance across multiple environments.
Validate release readiness, including testing completion, approvals, and rollback planning.
Monitor deployments and troubleshoot pipeline failures, deployment errors, and environment inconsistencies.
Ensure all releases comply with change management, security, and governance requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of experience in DevOps, release engineering, or deployment management.
Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
Experience supporting Salesforce deployments (metadata, environments, or pipeline tools).
Experience working with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and cloud-based environments.
Experience supporting API-based integration platforms.
Strong understanding of version control systems (Git).
Experience working within change management and release governance processes.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
