About the role
- Lead day-to-day financial operations across a growing technology services company
- Ensure financial accuracy, strong internal financial controls, and timely reporting
- Provide leadership with clear visibility into cash flow, profitability, and performance
- Operate as both an operator and advisor, owning core accounting functions
- Improve processes, systems, and financial discipline
- Oversee and manage full-cycle accounts payable lifecycle
- Produce accurate monthly financial statements and budget vs. actual reporting
- Develop and manage company and business unit budgets
- Support business unit P&Ls with accurate tracking of revenue, labor, and expenses
- Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (CPA preferred)
- 5–8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Experience in professional services, technology consulting, or government contracting preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, and project-based accounting
- Experience with QuickBooks and tools such as Bill.com (or similar platforms)
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle accounting and financial operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
