About the role
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve delivery of digital marketing services
- Supervise and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, including project managers, campaign specialists, and analysts
- Continuously assess and refine operational processes to maximize productivity and quality
- Collaborate with client services to understand client requirements and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage resource allocation, staffing, and budgeting to meet project demands and deadlines
- Oversee quality control processes and enforce quality assurance protocols
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular operational reports
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to support digital marketing campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend tools and software for operational efficiency
- Build and customize websites, manage plugins, and handle website migrations and launches
- Provide critical support to the CEO as a trusted point of contact and assistant
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience 5+ years in digital marketing services, with a focus on operations management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
