About the role

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve delivery of digital marketing services
  • Supervise and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, including project managers, campaign specialists, and analysts
  • Continuously assess and refine operational processes to maximize productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with client services to understand client requirements and ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage resource allocation, staffing, and budgeting to meet project demands and deadlines
  • Oversee quality control processes and enforce quality assurance protocols
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular operational reports
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to support digital marketing campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend tools and software for operational efficiency
  • Build and customize websites, manage plugins, and handle website migrations and launches
  • Provide critical support to the CEO as a trusted point of contact and assistant

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven experience 5+ years in digital marketing services, with a focus on operations management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
