About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the end-to-end delivery of the annual compensation cycle, including pay review, annual incentive plan (AIP) and bonus processes.
- Contribute to reward projects and business change activities, providing specialist reward expertise and recommendations.
- Provide expert reward advice and guidance to HR colleagues on pay, incentives, job evaluation and reward policies.
- Undertake reward modelling, analysis and insight generation to support reward decision-making and governance.
- Support colleague benefits programmes, including benefits renewals, provider relationships and colleague communications.
- Support reward governance activities, ensuring appropriate controls, documentation and compliance.
- Monitor market trends and emerging reward practices to help shape future reward and benefits solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience working within a Reward function as a Senior Reward Consultant
- Proven experience supporting annual compensation cycles, including salary review and bonus processes.
- Benefits experience, including benefits governance, provider management and colleague communications.
- Advanced analytical and modelling skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience delivering multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Preferably to have Financial Services Experience
