About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a high-performing BPA data team
- Own the end-to-end BPA data lifecycle
- Provide technical oversight of benefit specifications
- Support transitions and stakeholder integration
- Maintain strong controls, governance and risk management
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation
- Oversee third-party data relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pensions and BPA data
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions data, calculations and member benefits
- Experience leading and developing large, high-performing teams
- Strong experience in data controls, reconciliation and data quality processes within a regulated environment
- Highly developed stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
