  • Handle and resolve customer telephony and email queries accurately and effectively
  • Ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Make both inbound and outbound contact with customers, recognising when they need extra support
  • Tailor your approach to match customer needs and circumstances
  • Build valuable customer relationships by developing a solid understanding of customer and intermediary needs
  • Deliver the right outcome while ensuring that all customer security checks are performed
  • Identify potential problems and take suitable action to resolve or escalate issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A passion for customer service with a commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for our customers
  • Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
  • Ideally have previous experience working in a customer telephony role
