About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle and resolve customer telephony and email queries accurately and effectively
- Ensure the best possible customer experience
- Make both inbound and outbound contact with customers, recognising when they need extra support
- Tailor your approach to match customer needs and circumstances
- Build valuable customer relationships by developing a solid understanding of customer and intermediary needs
- Deliver the right outcome while ensuring that all customer security checks are performed
- Identify potential problems and take suitable action to resolve or escalate issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A passion for customer service with a commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for our customers
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
- Ideally have previous experience working in a customer telephony role
