Key responsibilities & impact

Handle and resolve customer telephony and email queries accurately and effectively
Ensure the best possible customer experience
Make both inbound and outbound contact with customers, recognising when they need extra support
Tailor your approach to match customer needs and circumstances
Build valuable customer relationships by developing a solid understanding of customer and intermediary needs
Deliver the right outcome while ensuring that all customer security checks are performed
Identify potential problems and take suitable action to resolve or escalate issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
A passion for customer service with a commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for our customers
Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
Ideally have previous experience working in a customer telephony role
