About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality digital analytics and insight across Standard Life’s customer journeys
- Take ownership of regular Google Analytics reporting, ensuring stakeholders have clear, accurate, and actionable performance insights
- Monitor digital journeys to identify trends, issues, and opportunities to drive continuous improvement
- Design and develop dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life
- Support ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and inform decision-making
- Translate reporting requirements into meaningful metrics and ensure data integrity across all outputs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have experience of using Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and Google Tag Manager to produce reports and analyse performance
- Proven experience within an MI Data Analyst role with experience creating dashboards or reports using visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide clear insight
- Excel knowledge (advanced formulas, Power Query, PivotTables, modelling) along with experience in querying large datasets using SQL
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences
