About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- lead the successful development and growth of a team of Standard Life Advisers
- deliver innovative, modern, high quality advice propositions for customers
- lead a team to provide professional financial advice on retirement solutions and investment propositions
- drive improved customer experience, advocacy and satisfaction
- adhere to regulatory, legislative and business requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- strong track record within the advice industry
- experience of advising clients with ‘at retirement’ needs
- high level of technical pension knowledge qualified with a minimum of CII Diploma Level 4
- Experience with recruiting, training and developing and maintaining the competence of advisers
- ability to develop and manage cross-divisional internal relationships
