lead a team to provide professional financial advice on retirement solutions and investment propositions
drive improved customer experience, advocacy and satisfaction
adhere to regulatory, legislative and business requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

strong track record within the advice industry
experience of advising clients with ‘at retirement’ needs
high level of technical pension knowledge qualified with a minimum of CII Diploma Level 4
Experience with recruiting, training and developing and maintaining the competence of advisers
ability to develop and manage cross-divisional internal relationships
