Account Manager

• Be the first call. Build the kind of trust with clients and internal teams that makes you the go-to person when something needs thinking through, not just reporting out.
• Own the accounts. Manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise-level US clients end-to-end, from strategy to delivery to renewals.
• Get into the weeds. Run status meetings, manage scopes, chase down the details, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic consultant. Facilitate roadmap development, push back when needed, and help clients think beyond the immediate brief.
• Navigate complexity. Work confidently with large corporate organizations, manage multiple internal stakeholders, and keep projects moving without losing anyone along the way.
• Scope and price new work. Identify growth opportunities within your accounts and help build proposals alongside the delivery team.
• Represent Phiture at the table. You'll have real face time with senior leaders at some of the biggest names in tech and entertainment. Come prepared.

• Collaborate across time zones: Own the handoff between EU and US teams, ensuring seamless communication and continuity.
• Be the US client partner: Act as the main point of contact for American clients and coordinate with EU teammates.
• Juggle multiple priorities: Balance several client projects while keeping workstreams aligned and on schedule.

• Handle the hard stuff. Navigate difficult client conversations, manage crises under pressure, and push back when something isn't working, with the confidence and empathy to keep relationships strong while doing it.
• Mentor your seniors. Delegate meaningfully, coach Senior Consultants to grow, and build the kind of team that holds each other accountable without losing trust.
• Solve problems structurally. Take messy inputs, ambiguous client asks, poor data, competing priorities, and turn them into clear, actionable plans. Structured thinking is your edge.
• Monitor what matters. Set KPIs, track performance across accounts, spot when something's off, and course-correct fast. Commercial awareness is part of how you operate, not an afterthought.
• Innovate with AI. Use generative AI tools to improve how your team works, from creative and analytical processes to day-to-day efficiencies, and help Phiture stay ahead of the curve.
• Grow the business. Support pitches and business development, with the ability to accurately scope new work and set your team up for a strong start.
