• Develop accurate complex design models and print documentation for components, sub-assemblies, and complete products.

Senior CAD Designer

Application Engineer

• Manage day-to-day activities as a member of customer teams working directly with the appropriate Account Manager.
• Assist other Application Engineering team members, Fleet Managers, Regional Managers, Product Engineering and Operations within PHINIA.
• Interface with customer design engineering to drive implementation of PHINIA commercial vehicle products in future vehicle designs.
• Be the customer focused technical liaison between the customer and PHINIA Engineering, Quality, and Sales teams.
• Review technical progress of projects, evaluate results and suggest changes in methods, design or equipment where necessary.
• Work with customer engineering groups to evaluate and fully understand the customer application and operational requirements.
• Maintain Direct Contact for all Engineering/Technical Activities for assigned customers.
• Liaison for customer vehicle/application data to PHINIA Engineering and Design for current product documentation and future product development.
• Network with customer advanced engineering groups to identify future opportunities.
• Provide training, troubleshooting and technical services.
• Assist in developing customer technical presentations and design reviews for customers.
• Responsible for determining Change Management system disposition, Engineering Lab Order process and reporting, and maintenance of customer data book applications.
• Organize and facilitate problem solving groups.
• Responsible for Application related reports on new test products and field test units.
• Make contacts and visits annually to review customer manufacturing practices (Plant Visits) and product applications.

Full-stack Engineer

• Support Alternator Electronics as a Product Engineer
• Understand alternator regulator and rectifier bridge needs for future high efficiency designs
• Maintain and update existing regulator and rectifier bridge products
• Lead team with activities needed for developing solutions for customers
• Direct all diode changes and sourcing
• Take input from Senior Alternator PE for new requirements or changes
• Support competitive assessment activities
• Work with all levels within engineering and PHINIA plants to convey knowledge

Alternator Electronics Product Engineer

Account Manager

• Drive sustainable revenue and market share growth for PHINIA across the defined international strategic account portfolio, with a strong focus on pan-regional business development.
• Act as the primary global interface for key accounts, ensuring strong alignment and close collaboration with local Key Account Managers and regional commercial teams.
• Develop and execute global strategic account plans aligned with regional and local business objectives, identifying new business opportunities, white spaces, and profitable growth levers across markets.
• Lead regular executive and operational business reviews with strategic customers in coordination with local and regional teams, strengthening long-term partnerships and global account consistency.
• Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking and performance analysis across markets to identify margin expansion opportunities and support continuous commercial improvement.
