Head of Marketing – AI Marketing SaaS

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be responsible for generating a qualified pipeline and revenue growth through partnership led demand generation.
- Your success will be measured by the number of qualified opportunities created, pipeline generated, revenue influenced, and the repeatability of the systems you build.
- Build and scale a predictable pipeline generation engine through affiliates, influencers, creators, podcasters, referral partners, strategic alliances, events, and industry relationships.
- Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team and own accountability for marketing sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Own marketing budget allocation and channel strategy with a focus on ROI and revenue outcomes.
- Build repeatable acquisition systems that reduce dependence on founder led growth.
- Develop website messaging, positioning, and content that improve conversion rates and increase qualified inbound demand.
- Build SEO, AEO, and LLM visibility strategies that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Use AI and automation to increase output, improve efficiency, and create scalable growth systems.
- Partner with leadership to establish revenue targets, pipeline goals, channel KPIs, and forecasting models.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-7+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience within ecommerce SaaS, affiliate marketing, creator marketing, influencer marketing, partnership marketing platforms, or the Shopify ecosystem.
- Deep experience building and scaling affiliate, creator, influencer, referral, and partnership programs for ecommerce brands or SaaS companies serving ecommerce brands.
- Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and revenue through partnership-led growth, with experience owning pipeline, revenue, or marketing-sourced opportunities.
- Experience creating thought leadership, positioning, messaging, and content that establishes a company as a category leader within the partnership marketing ecosystem.
- Experience building marketing systems from scratch in a fast-moving startup environment with a hands-on, builder mentality.
- Strong copywriting, website messaging, GTM strategy, and content marketing skills, with the ability to communicate complex partnership marketing concepts to buyers.
- Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, LLM visibility, and how buyers discover software through AI-powered search.
- AI-first operator while executing independently without relying heavily on agencies, large teams, or a perfect playbook.
