Key responsibilities & impact

The Solutions & Project Analyst serves as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.
Work directly with the Solutions & Project Manager and partner closely with operations, technology teams, customers, vendors, and leadership to support projects from concept through implementation.
Combine business analysis, project coordination, process improvement, stakeholder management, solution design support, and systems integration work.
Help modernize technology stack, improve operational efficiency, support digital transformation initiatives, and successfully deliver projects that create measurable business impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-7+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Solutions Analysis, Integrations, Process Improvement, or related roles
Experience supporting software implementations, systems integrations, digital transformation initiatives, or business process improvement projects
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Experience gathering requirements, facilitating testing, managing timelines, and driving projects toward completion
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and the ability to operate independently
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build, improve, and drive change rather than simply maintain existing processes.
