Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end UX and UI design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability evaluations.
- Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user experiences.
- Translate complex business requirements and workflows into intuitive product experiences.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and collaborative design discussions.
- Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centered design best practices.
- Present design recommendations and strategic UX decisions to internal teams and clients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-7+ years of UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Product Design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, workflow systems, or technology products.
- Exceptional English communication skills (C1+ minimum).
- Experience conducting user research, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing.
- Strong expertise in user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, FigJam, and modern product design tools.
- Experience working closely with software engineers and cross-functional product teams.
- Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to operate independently and drive projects forward.
