About the role
- Administer and maintain the CRM, including users, stages, fields, and data hygiene.
- Own pipeline structure and ensure consistent use of sales stages and required fields.
- Build and maintain standard sales dashboards and reports.
- Support weekly and monthly pipeline and forecast reporting.
- Monitor pipeline health and flag risks such as stalled deals or missing data.
- Document sales processes, definitions, and reporting standards.
- Support the onboarding of new sales team members on systems and processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales systems questions and issues.
- Continuously improve sales operational workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience administering and maintaining a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to work closely with sales leadership and sales representatives.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing SaaS environment.
- Clear communicator who can enforce process without creating friction.
- Self-directed and accountable, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
