About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years leading high-performing sales teams
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX
  • Deep understanding of the North American commercial market
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and manage diverse teams, including remote roles
  • Ability to align sales strategies with business goals and drive measurable growth
  • Skilled in managing deadlines, budgets, and compensation plans
  • Comfortable with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Confident and compelling presentation skills in front of clients, teams, and stakeholders
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% annually to key markets and events
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and work with CX, Marketing, Logistics, and Design teams
