- Seek a visionary Business Development catalyst to architect the next era of growth as the premier Federal Additive Manufacturing partner of choice.
- Transcend traditional sales cycles to become the ultimate ambassador of capabilities, forging alliances with tier-one OEM partners and key federal coalitions.
- Project innovative mastery into the national spotlight, including elite forums like America Makes and other federal manufacturing initiatives.
- Evaluate pursuits with clear, data-driven Go/No-Go leadership, ensuring technical assets are unleashed only on the most critical missions.
- Command and coordinate elite cross-disciplinary technical teams to transform complex engineering capabilities into compelling white papers, executive briefings, and high-impact presentations.
- Build an unmatched foundation of trust with OEMs, ensuring Phillips remains their first and only call for federal integrations.
- Maintain strategic view of the entire program landscape to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 years of business development experience with a focus on the federal government.
- Expert level knowledge of additive manufacturing technology and services with a focus on metal additive technology.
- Power user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to manage accounts, track opportunities, and forecast revenue accurately.
- Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales performance as well as PowerPoint for creating compelling business proposals and executive updates.
- Ability to travel 60-80% of the time to trade shows, conferences and other events both within the US and abroad as needed to drive business.
- Due to specific customer requirements, you must be a US born citizen to be considered for this role
