Requirements

8+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate environment.
Experience with accounting functions like AP and AR, month end preparations, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to support multiple business units/divisions, ideally in multinational or multi-entity organizations.
Experience collaborating with Controllers, CFOs, and cross-functional teams.
Background in supporting audits, compliance, and preparation of financial statements.
Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, complex formulas, lookups).
Experience with systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle and data reporting tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
