About the role
- Build and manage relationships with customer accounts and prospects.
- Support branded sales accounts to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- Drive retention and volume growth through proactive portfolio management.
- Execute contract renewals and ensure accurate documentation in Salesforce.
- Coordinate post-contract activities and site setups.
- Provide ongoing customer support and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project planning and execution.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform strategy.
- Represent the organization at trade shows and events to identify opportunities and enhance reputation.
- Monitor CRM usage and ensure data accuracy.
- Promote customer-centric solutions and internal collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Participate in performance management and capability development.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- 1 or more years of sales experience in Oil & Gas, Marketing, Transportation, or Commercial Operations
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce
- Willing to travel up to 25% to support direct customer-facing activities
- 5 or more years of sales experience, including 2 or more years in Oil & Gas, Marketing, Transportation, or Commercial Operations (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
